Frontline Leadership -
Core Leadership Program

Equipping new and aspiring team leaders with the core skills and mindset of leadership is essential to their success. It is also an investment in creating a positive culture for your organisation.

Core Leadership provides the core capability essential for leaders throughout their career and at every level in the organisation. When leaders operate at their best, they bring out the best in their teams, and can deliver exceptional outcomes. Getting core leadership capability right as new leaders’ step into and take ownership of their leadership role will provide a stable central toolkit to underpin and enable their ongoing leadership career.

Leading Lighter offers the Core Leadership program as a robust, evidence-informed, cohortbased experience to new and aspiring people leaders. Delivered in a facilitated online format over 6 months, Core leadership provides a robust toolkit of models and frameworks for leadership, and the mindset and skills to apply it.

Participants are guided every step of the way with realtime masterclasses, work-based activities, and group reflection and coaching.

Mid-level Leadership – Leadership for Impact

Mid-level leaders who are already equipped with the core skills of leadership need a different leadership development experience. Leaders at this level are often leading leaders and/or large portfolios of work, and are exposed to increasing complexity in people leadership, strategic context, and are further removed from their original technical expertise.


This leadership transition can feel heavy, overwhelming, and filled with uncertainty as leaders navigate an increasingly complex and ambiguous environment.


Leadership for Impact is an immersive, applied leadership program delivered over approximately 8 months and can be tailored to your organisational needs and leadership capability framework.


Participants uplevel their capability to deliver impact through:

  • Number 1

    Deeper self-awareness, self-leadership, and emotional intelligence.

  • Number 1

    Upskilling in areas such as strategy development and implementation, strategic partnerships and collaboration, leading change and transition, cultivating high-performance, and creating positive culture.

  • Number 3

    Applying their learning in their workplace and receiving 1:1 and facilitated group coaching to review progress, overcome challenges, and maintain momentum.

Leadership for Impact includes contemporary positive leadership approaches and supports participants to test and embed this in their own context. The program elements and indicative timeline below will create a safe container for optimal learning.

Executive Leadership

Leading Lighter will tailor solutions for your Executive Leadership Team. At this level we work with your leaders individually and collectively to ensure we understand your specific needs, context, goals, and desired outcomes.
