A cohort-based leadership development program for new and aspiring leaders, providing participants with all the core skills to confidently lead themselves and their teams.
New Leader Onboarding
Tools and templates to support Team Leaders through their first 100 days. Includes building self-awareness and practical guides to establish expectations and hold effective team meetings and 1:1s.
Career Development Program
Provides participants with practical tools and strategies to navigate their career over the long term. Participants develop a concrete career development plan as well as the mindset to implement.
Mentoring Program
A high-impact mentoring program to equip mentors and mentees with skills and self-awareness to a build strong, growth-oriented partnership at the beginning, middle, and end of their mentoring experience.
Wellbeing
Practical program to equip participants with the strategies and tools to effectively manage their wellbeing – can be tailored to staff or leaders. Built using evidence-based tools and contemporary wellbeing research.
